China, Texas is currently undergoing water line improvement projects to their existing water distribution system. This project will upgrade the existing 4” water lines to 6” lines which will provide better pressure as well as fire protection to the Ethel Ann Street/Casey Drive/Linzay Street loop off Turner Road.
